Font type and size in a list report in Advanced Reporting/ORD are inconsistent.
Environment
SuccessFactors Online Report Designer (Detailed Reporting, Advanced Reporting).
Reproducing the Issue
Log into BizX > Navigate to Analytics > Open the Report Designer > Select a Report to Edit > Click on Edit Formatting > Change the Font Type and/or the Font Size > Click OK > See that the Changes Only Occur on Every Second Line.
Cause
The reason that they are displaying in an odd manner is down to different fonts are used for odd/even rows due to the style settings. For example, it could be that 'Odd Rows' is using the row style, and 'Even Rows' are inheriting their style from above.
To view the style settings right click on all rows and columns and click on style settings.
Resolution
Edit Formatting > Right click on rows and columns and click on Clear Style.
To change the font and font size:
Right click on the rows and columns as per previous step > click on Style Settings > click beside the font name and choose your font and then select the font size from the drop down menu > Click OK > Click OK Again > See Changes.
