In Technical Monitoring -> Alert Inbox -> Host Alerts -> Click on the SAP host Agent Alert -> SAP OsCol Web Service Availability

• You see the following error :
• [RC=600] URL http://$HOST_PHYSICAL_NAME$:1128/SAPOscol/?wsdl called unsuccessfully
• [RC=600] URL http://$HOST_PHYSICAL_NAME$:1128/SAPHostControl/?wsdl called unsuccessfully

Connect to the "Agent Administration" interface http://<SolutionManager>:<HTTPPort>/smd/AgentAdmin -> Click on the "Agent Log Viewer" tab -> In the smdagent.trc log file of the Diagnostic agent

• You see the following error :
• "Sap host agent is not unable to connect to one host the $HOST_PHYSICAL_NAME$ is not resolved"
• And the following error during one monitoring content activation (MetricGroupDefinition id="0000000000000000000X" for SAPPingHTTPCollector)
