2388386 - Campaign Triggers Remain Greyed Out While Building a Campaign

While designing a campaign under the Build facet, after selecting the Target Group and Action, the Triggers section remains disabled and cannot be selected.

SAP Cloud for Customer Core Applications

1. Navigate to the Sales Campaign work center
2. Go to the Campaigns view.
3. Open the relevant campaign or create a new campaign.
4. Switch to the Build facet.
5. Select a Target Group.
6. Select an Action.
7. Observe that all options under the Triggers section remain greyed out and cannot be selected.

Multi-step campaigns are not supported for recurring campaigns. Therefore, no further actions are enabled after selecting the Target Group.

Additionally, recurring campaigns do not support additional triggers, as adding extra triggers may corrupt the campaign data.

To use a multi-step campaign, create a campaign that is either Scheduled Immediately or scheduled for a specific time, but not recurring.

This is the intended behavior of the system.
