2388550 - Error in Removing BOM Headers via transaction code CEWB

Symptom

Error occurs when deleting BOM Headers and then try to explode a BOM in transaction code CS11.
Where the deletion indicator is scheduled on a date later than the date we want to explode the BOM.

Error: "This BOM is not effective on (certain date)"
Message no. 29503
