Talent Search v2: Is it possible to use multiple values in standard text field while performing talent search?

1. When selecting one of the text fields as criteria in Talent Search v2, say 'Employee Grade', we can't select this field again from the drop down:

2: We can’t use that particular field again as another criteria. As seen below screenshot, there’s no more “Employee Grade” in the list.

Please be informed that in Talent Search, multiple values in standard text field is not supported that means if you perform search using Employee Grade field with values 18,19 & 20 then the result will not give any user. We can perform talent search with multiple values for a specific field only if that field is mapped to a picklist i.e. should have drop down values.

Also, once you have used the field of Basis Information in Talent Search v2 then it won't show again under the Basic Information list. This is the expected behavior.
