Symptom

  • When you open the Product View, all order quantities show decimal places, even though all quantities are whole numbers - it is expected that no decimals will be displayed

    or

  • When you open the Product View, orders with whole quantities are shown without decimal places, while orders with non-integer quantity show decimal places - this is confusing for planners
