2389264 - ITSM/ChaRM - Fields not supported in search result list and My Messages Widget

Symptom

  • Related Request for Change field (STRUCT.RFC_ID) in the Result List for Incidents search is not filled despite of there is a related Request for Change Request in the Incident.

  • The content of Test Plan ID and Test Package ID fields is not populated in result list of incidents.
  • The value of Attachment field (technical name STRUCT.ATTACHMENT) is not displayed in My Messages - Assigned to me  Widget in sm_crm home page.

  • System SID is not displayed in My Messages - Assigned to me  Widget in sm_crm home page for change documents.
