2389306 - CATS POWL Application: wrong records were displayed for individual approval/selection criteria was not read correctly which resulted in a runtime error

ERROR: WBS element XXXXXXXX does not exist (termination ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE)
It implies that its trying to put the employees PERNR (XXXXXXXX) into the WBS field.

>> Working Time Approval, when Line item is selected to display Recorded Time, it throws an error.
>> In Approve Working Time: Overview you click on the hours for details and it is missing approval lines.
