2389326 - Error while uploading data to BW

We are encountering a loading failure for a specific SPM object called 'CATEGORY_DS' (with Data Type = LCATEGORY) in our QA environment. Our issue is similar to the sample described in KBA 1858383 however, when we've checked our hierarchy data in BI backend, we are unable to find any inconsistency with the data which is what's mentioned in the KBA. We have provided the detailed replication steps in the attached document as well as a copy of the hierarchy data we have in our BI system.

Diagnosis on NODE ID 00001423, ZCU0001_PE is not a child or sibling node also not a root node because the ID of the parent node 00001422 is not equal to 0.
The node is therefore not linked into the hierarch.
