Symptom

  • The scheduled jobs didn't run.
  • AL_RWJoblauncher fails to trigger the job.
  • The following error appears in the AL_RWJobLauncherLog.txt:
    No authentication plugins are installed
    JobLauncher failed to initialize session
    Error to connect CMS. Invalid command line syntax(return failure).
    RWJobLauncher failed to connect to CMS.
    RWJobLauncher return code: 180011
