2389587 - Authorization problem with service session (EWA, GLC) in Workcenter

Symptom

When process with Service session and service report in the SAP Engagement And Service Delivery Workcenter, you may get following problem:

  • "Not authorized" error message occurs when creating EWA session.
  • Cannot generate and download the PDF/WORD report.
  • Cannot access the Fiori EWA with authorization error (My SAP Earlywatch Alert)
