2389588 - Candidate Profile Elements Are Not Synced with Employee Profile – Recruiting Management

Fields configured in the Candidate Profile are not synchronized with the Employee Profile, even though SM-mapping is configured in the Candidate Profile template.

1. Configure a field or background element in the Candidate Profile template.
2. Define SM-mapping to a corresponding standard element in the Employee Profile.
3. Verify the data in the user profile pages.
4. The expected values do not appear.

The Sync will happen only from the Employee Profile page and not from Employee Central pages.

1. Verify that SM-mapping is configured correctly for the relevant fields in the Candidate Profile template.
2. Ensure that the mapped field corresponds to a supported standard element in the Employee Profile.
3. Verify the values directly in the Employee Profile page.

In many cases, the issue occurs due to confusion between Employee Profile fields and Employee Central fields. The synchronization applies only to the Employee Profile page.

If the value originates from an Employee Central HRIS field, ensure that the HRIS field is mapped to a standard element in the Employee Profile so that the data can be synchronized and displayed correctly.

Note: userinfo-element fields in the Succession Data Model are not supported for SM-mapping.
