2389655 - How to set Enable Cancellation Reason to NO per default

- All newly created scheduled offerings in system are set with default option as YES for enabling cancellation reason

- Learning Management System (LMS)

- All that has to be done in this order is to navigate to:

SystemAdmin/Configuration/RegistrationSettings and unchecked following checkbox if it is checked:

- Once this is unchecked, all future SO will be by default set to NO for option Enable Cancellation Reason
