2389865 - MDM Adapter Communication Channel does not respond to Syndication Events

Symptom

In a scenario where a PI MDM Adapter communication channel (CC) must process syndicated files from a ready folder, you notice that:

  • The PI CC does not respond at all to new files being syndicated.
  • Upon a restart of the CC, it processes only one file and then stops working for subsequent files.
