2390428 - Furlough and Suspension events unavailable in MSS

Event Reasons for Furlough and Suspension Events are not available through MSS action.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to the Employee Profile 
2. Click on Actions > Take Action > Change Job and Compensation Information
3. Select Job Information
4. On Event dropdown, the Furlough and Suspension Events are not available as an option

Furlough and Suspension are HR managed activities not available on MSS or ESS actions.

Job Information records with the Suspension and Furlough events can be created in the History UI and Job (Information) History imports. There is no dedicated UI transaction available.

Please use Job History and the Insert New Record feature to record any Suspensions.
