Symptom

  • The user recently upgraded SAP Addons from:
    • SAPK-33202INSYCLO 332_700
    • SAPK-33201INSYCLOU 332_70
  • to:
    • SMFND 620_700
    • SMERP 620_700
    • SMISU 620_700
  • The users tried to synchronize the device and the app and it raised the following error: No access possible via the 'NULL' data reference Server error - please contact your administrator (13).
