2390537 - com.sap.scc.servlets.FatalSccException: Unexpected configuration data for account

Access SAP Cloud Connector UI using https://<xxx>:8443, it show error "Page not found" together with "HTTP ERROR 404".

When checking logs:

In Windows: c:\SAP\scc20\log
In Linux: /opt/sap/scc/log

The localhost_http_access_<date>.log shows the following entries:
<ip address> - - [2016-11-04 18:16:11,607 +0900] "GET / HTTP/1.1" 404 - 0

The ljs_trace.log shows the following entries:
