2390539 - Time Out Issue When Uploading/Downloading between Producer and Manager

Symptom

When uploading content from SAP Enable Now producer to the SAP Enable Now Manager, time out error occurs as below:

Http connection error
Status code: 0
Server response: HttpEndRequest failed. - System error: The operation timed out (12002)
