2390775 - Error creating Job Requisition from Position Org Chart: "jobRole Internal Id for the requested Family and Role Name is not found"

When creating a job requisition from Position Org Chart, error "jobRole Internal Id for the requested Family and Role Name is not found" is returned.

SuccessFactors Recruiting Management Integration with Position Management - All Versions

1. Go to Company info -> Position Org Chart;
2. Select a Position;
3. Create Job Requisition: Error "jobRole Internal Id for the requested Family and Role Name is not found"

If the jobRole field is configured and a Business Rule is added to autopopulate this field when creating a Job Requisition from Position, the expected format is “Family|Role”.
When the Role sent from Position to Recruiting is not correctly associated with the Family, the system returns the error.

Ensure that Role is correctly associated with the Family being used.
To validate, go to:

1. Admin Center;
2. Manage Job Profile Content -> Set up Families and Roles
