2390895 - KeepClauses - Deleting old jobs - Job Retention with SAP BPA by Redwood

Symptom

If you are not correctly cleaning up old jobs/processes in your BPA environment and you maintain too large a number of jobs/processes, at some point this will lead to performance issues.

The default behaviour is to keep ALL processes for a particular process definition if no retention/keep clause is configured for the definition. Every process definition that should be deleted automatically should have a keep clause configured. The keep clause defines how many/how long processes will be kept in the system.
