2390994 - Promotion of a universe fails, while other content types promote successfully

Promoting universe fails with following error message :
Commit Status=Commit attempted and failed., Promotion Status=Failure : Object has failed to promote. Please see the log for more details

Other content is promoted without any issues.
Universes can be accessed in the destination envirionment and reports based on universes refresh properly.

Issue started when 2 new nodes were added to the environment and original node was retired.
