After creating a new ticket for an order, the ticket tab not shown against the associated order in backoffice. But in hmc & cscockpit, we can see the tickets against the order under "Tickets" tab.
You can check this by accessing backoffice-> Order-> Orders-> select an order(eg.1234567) and switch to "Tickets" tab, ticket (eg.INC123) should be shown here but it’s not, there's no implementation of tickets against the order in backoffice.
