2391239 - Target fields with PERI7 conversion are updated with not expected values

Symptom

A DTP load is executed, where one or more target fields have the conversion PERI7 flagged inside of the transformation. The result of the conversion exit is a not expected value and therefore inconcistent data is written to the target provider.

For example the value 001.2016 is converted to 001.2001.
