2391894 - Universal Upgrade to Fiori User Experience

As of December 2018, following the Q4 2018 release, the Fiori User Experience is universally applied to all qualifying instances in Production environments only.

Qualifying instances in Preview environments were upgraded in the previous Q3 2018 release.

What is the Fiori User Experience?

SAP Fiori represents the latest in UI technology and SAP design standards. The Fiori User Experience for SAP SuccessFactors consists of three separate features that are enabled at the same time:

● New Home Page

● People Profile

● Fiori User Interface

These three upgrades enable you to take advantage of our latest new features and enhancements and provide a modern user experience that is consistent throughout the HCM Suite and across other SAP solutions.

Prerequisites

Your instance qualLfies for the Q4 2018 universal upgrade if it meets the following prerequisites:

● It is in a Production environment.

● It has role-based permissions enabled.

● It does not use the legacy Leave of Absence functionality for Employee Central.

The same upgrade was to qualifying instances in Preview environments in Q3 2018
