2392095 - Requirements for a successful Expert Chat session with SAP Product Support

Symptom

  • After starting Expert Chat with SAP Product Support, you are not able to type any text into the chat window.
  • After clicking the "Start Expert Chat" button, an empty window is displayed in your browser.
  • After clicking the "Start Expert Chat" button, the "Send" button is inactive or greyed out.
  • Screensharing cannot be started from Expert Chat by the SAP Product Support Expert.
  • The screensharing application download does not pop-up in Internet Explorer.
  • Using Internet Explorer the "Start Expert Chat" button does not appear.
