2392191 - BOM explosion does not occur in ERP for sales documents that are created in CRM

Symptom

  • When orders are created in the CRM system and then transferred to the ERP system, the BOM explosion does not occur in ERP for the items in the order
  • Issue occurs for Bill Of Material originally created on the ERP system
  • If similar order is changed or created directly in the ERP system, the BOM works fine.
