2392537 - Dump when moving milestone in the Project Graphic View

Symptom

When trying to move a milestone in the project Graphic View (Gantt) you get an error screen "500 SAP Internal Server Error" with termination of type "RABAX_STATE".

In transaction ST22 there is a dump with the following infornation:
Runtime Errors         ITAB_LINE_NOT_FOUND
Except.                CX_SY_ITAB_LINE_NOT_FOUND
