2392544 - Online Report Designer - Inform Parameters not configured

When trying to create a new Report - Canvas in Report Center or run any existing canvas report, it shows the following message: "Inform parameters not configured".

2. Create new Report - Canvas or run any existing canvas report
3. Receive the message: "Inform parameters not configured"

1. The BizX provisioning contain three URLs for configuring the Single Sign on to the Analytics server:

• Application URL
• Data Service URL
• Organization Creation URL

If any of them is missing or wrong, you can get the above message.

2. If "Enable SAML for SSO" setting is not checked in provisioning for "Company settings" then you can get the above message.

The URLs and settings in Provisioning under "Company Settings -> Analytics and Dashboard Tabs & Misc Reporting" is not set right. Please refer below screenshot. Make sure "Enable SAML for SSO" is checked and WFA/WFP/talent insight company identifier field is filled with WFA company id.

All configurations as per Configuration Steps | SAP Help Portal has to be set in "Company settings".

This requires access to provisioning. For this, contact your partner or open a ticket to Support Team.
