2392775 - Error 625 or 624 after INSERT - SAP ASE

After an INSERT command is executed, either of these errors can appear in the ASE errorlog:

• Error: 624, Severity: 21, State: 1 server  Adaptive Server failed to retrieve a row via its RID in database '<db>' because the requested RID has a higher number than the last RID on the page. Rid pageid = 0x32bb8; row num = 0x18. Page pointer = 0x0x20ee07800, pageno = 207800, status = 0x1, ptnid = 1768390338, indexid = 0, level = 0.
   
• Error: 625, Severity: 21, State: 1 server  Adaptive Server failed to retrieve a row via its RID in database '<db>' because the entry in the offset table for that RID is less than or equal to 0. Rid pageid = 0x26355; row num = 0xe. Page pointer = 0x0x26fb7b000, pageno = 156501, status = 0x11, ptnid = 1768390338, indexid = 0, level = 0.
