2392817 - Runtime error "BCA_US_TAX_NUMBER_CHECK" doesn't exist in CRM" while maintaining US Tax Number Category

Symptom

  1. Error "BCA_US_TAX_NUMBER_CHECK" doesn't exist in CRM" is displayed when adding a Tax Number Category of US01 in transaction BP.  This does not occur in the WebUI.
  2. BUPA_MAIN Bdocs in "Intermediate state" during replication and dump "CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND" is generated.  Transaction ST22 shows "An attempt was made to execute the CALL FUNCTION statement in program "SAPLBUPA_TAX_BAPI". The name of the function module to be called is "BCA_US_TAX_NUMBER_CHECK".
