2393152 - Unexpected system behavior when changing flag "Only balances in local crcy” (SKB1-XSALH) for P&L Accounts

You try to remove “only balances in local currency” (SKB1-XSALH) flag in FS00 for a G/L Account, and get the error "accnt stil has balance...." (Message no. FH085).
The account is a P&L account.
When you execute FAGLB03 for this GL account and Fiscal Year, you get the message "no data found for fical year XXXX" (Message no. FAGL_ACCOUNT_BALANCE020).
If you make a posting to this GL account in the specified fiscal year and reverse the document, you are now able to unflag the "only balances in local currency" flag.
