2393167 - Enhancement in the LMS reports - External ID will be shown inplace of Student ID

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Previously, reports from SAP SuccessFactors Learning showed the Student_ID. They now show the External_ID, which is shared across the suite. Because these reports now have a single identity that works across the entire product suite, you can match users from Learning reports with user records from anywhere across the suite.

To take advantage of this in custom reports, it is necessary to write the custom report query once more.

Explanation of changes: CSV reports that showed Student_ID now shows External_ID. The column header which is shown in the report still presents "User id" (or the column header which represents the Student_ID for that specific report) but the values will show the External_ID and not the Student_ID.

Type of reports impacted: Only a few standard CSV reports have been impacted. If it is desired the same behavior with the custom reports, they have to be manually changed and re-imported. Only some standard CSV reports are impacted attached is a list with them, file "ChangedCSVReports".
