This feature follows the standard workflow process where changes can trigger approval workflows for the defined persons.It allows companies to have employees themselves maintain their personal document/work permit data where you can create/delete/update the work permit portlet.
Steps to Configure :-
Step 1 : Define a workflow
Step 2 : Create a rule using a field out of the work permit portlet for triggering.
Step 3 : Assign the rule to the workPermitInfo element ID in SDM.
