2393391 - E-Verify Process displays passport application but not photo of new hire at Initiial Verification - Onboarding

• The passport application is appearing instead of the new employee's photo.

• E-verify process during initial verification step.

• During the E-verify process at the initial verfication step a panel is present to confirm photo. Instead of the photo displaying a portion of the candidates passport application is appearing.See below.

• The reason why the passport application is appearing instead of the photo is because DHS does not have the new photo updated in their system yet.  This is an issue on DHS end for any renewed passports.

1. If a you see a passport application instead of a photo for photo matching, per DHS you need to reject the photo on the employees document is not identical to the photo in E-verify.

      2. Note by doing this you could/will receive a TNC, however you need to proceed with the TNC.
