2393434 - SAP system doesn't start ... Cannot execute igswd_mt

Symptom

SAP system cannot be started and the dispatcher trace file is not generated. In the sapstart.log you can see the following errors.

Cannot execute "/usr/sap/<SID>/DVEBMGS<nn>/exe/igswd_mt -mode=profile pf=/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/profile/<instance profile>" - as4_examine failed.
**** Failed to create new Child Process. Error 0 ****



Cannot execute "ig.sap<SID>_DVEBMGS<nn> -mode=profile pf=/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/profile/<SID>_DVEBMGS<nn>_<hostname>" - as4_examine failed.
