2393447 - Error: "Connection Failed" when test BI Commentary connection in CMC - Application

• When testing the connenction for BI Commentary Application in CMC user get an error message "Connection Failed ".
• Following error is logged in Adaptive Processing Server logs hosting Commentary service,
  "Commentary Exception:Could not establish jdbc connection to database during test connection com.sybase.jdbc4.jdbc.SybDriver".
  OR
  "Test connection failed.
  com.sybase.jdbc4.jdbc.SybDriver cannot be found by bundleBICommentaryService.jar_0.0.0"
