Symptom

Unable to view standard Configurable UIs and Rules in SuccessStore related to Employee Central .

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM

Reproducing the Issue

Not able to see standard Configurable UIs and Rules in SuccessStore related to Employee Central like for Payment Information, Intelligent Services Rules .

You will be able to find by accessing the below navigation 

Admin tools -> Upgrade centre

Admin tools -> Import and Export Data -> Import Data -> Success Store

Resolution

Please follow the below steps to enable few settings in Provisioning

1.Provisioning -> Under Edit company settings -> Company settings

2.Language Pack -> set the default language to en-US .(Depends on the package supported locales)
