2393463 - Error while accessing Spot Bonus

Error when moving to the employment information tab to change the spot bonus components.

The Spot bonus portlet is not working as desired. It is appearing in UI when hiring a new employee however not able to see the spot bonus pay component values after saving the employee profile.

Please find the below error when moving to the employment information tab to change the spot bonus components.

This issue occurs when the Advance Management has been turned on without enabling the Deductions Management.

This error would occur when we trun on Advance Management without enabling the Deductions Management.

Note that Deductions is a pre-requisite for Advances Management . You can either enable both or disable Advances by reaching out to your Implemenation Partner or CS Team.
