2393491 - Error on Personal Information page for all user while editing/saving any change

We face an error pop-up while trying to change any field in Personal Information section.

Employee Central - Personal Information

Go to Personal Information of any user and change a field by editing and save. An error pops up without any error code.

• Gender field under Personal Information section uses hardcoded picklist values from gender enum.
• Picklist gender should NOT be defined explicitly in Succession Data Model (SDM) and it doesnt support custom picklists.

Remove any explicit picklist mapped onto gender hris field. Gender does support more values which are hardcoded, but to enable these values, it requires a different procedure as laid out in KBA- 2093276.
