2393524 - How to view Class Withdrawal Reason as a Learning Admin and Manager?

Symptom

When the option "Require Withdraw Reason" is set to Yes on the class level, the system requires the users to enter a withdrawal reason when they withdraw. How can an LMS Admin or a manager check the withdrawal reason?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Resolution

To view the Withdrawal Reason as a Learning Administrator:

  • Navigate to Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Classes > search the required class > open the record > Registrations tab > for the user in question, Edit Registration > see Withdrawal Reason field
  • To report on withdrawal reasons, go to Learning Administration > Reports > execute the Self Registration/Withdraw report or any of the three Registration Status reports.

As a manager:

  • Currently, it is a system limitation that the users' withdrawal reasons can't be seen as a Manager.
  • Alternatively, to have a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request created for it (as per KBA 2090228), where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release
