When using IE11, the screen will be blank at the second time a user opens the Question Edit Tool in LMS.

Reproducing the Issue
- Open IE 11 > Login LMS
- Go to Contents > Questions > Search any questions > Click the Edit icon
- The question displayed correctly at the first time you opened it.
- Leave the question page and nativgate to any page.
- Open the question in Step 2 again.
- See a blank screen in Question Edit Tool.
Question Edit Tool is relatively old function in LMS which caused the compatibility limitation with IE browser.
With the deprecation of IE & migration to Assessments as per Community Post https://community.successfactors.com/t5/Learning-Resources-Blog/Learning-Assessments-Migration-from-Plateau-Question-Editor-PQE/ba-p/232177 if still needing to edit Legacy PQE especially for vSaaS cusotmers, you must use newer supported browsers instead until this feature is deprecated.
