2393894 - Report Start Option Does Not Apply to All Selections

In a report ABC, you have selected the start option Show Selection Area but Do Not Start Report. When you open the report, the default selection is not executed straight away, which is correct. However, when you choose another selection from the drop-down list, it is executed at once and you are not able to make any changes before running it.

1. Open the report ABC from the assigned work center.
2. The report opens without being run and you can make changes to the default selection. This is correct.
3. In the list of selections, choose another selection that is not the default one.
4. It is executed straight away, although the start option is set to Show Selection Area but Do Not Start Report

The start options only apply to the report when it is opened for the first time. All other selections are expected to be executed at once.

This is the correct behaviour. You need to mark a selection as default if you would like it to open without being executed on opening the report.
