2394104 - How to check if the atom is a Local Atom or Cloud Atom (SFSF hosted or Boomi hosted)

Check if the atom is a local atom or a cloud atom.

Boomi Platform

Atoms can be local or cloud hosted:

• Local atoms are maintained by customers
• To view atoms on your Boomi account, go to "Manage" tab then choose "Atom Management".
• Local atoms have a round icon
• Cloud hosted atoms have a cloud icon

Cloud hosted atoms are maintained by SAP or Boomi:

• To check the cloud hosted atom owner, simply go to "Atom Management" and choose "Atom Information".
• If "Atom Owner" is SF Master, SAP is responsible for the cloud hosted atom.
• Otherwise if the "Atom Owner" is Boomi Parent, Boomi is responsilbe for the cloud hosted atom.

Color indicator of local and cloud hosted atoms:

• Blue icons indicate the atom is online.
• Gray icons indicate the atom is offline.
• Red icons indicate that there is a problem with the atom.
