2394141 - elem/numCaches value is missing

Symptom

Configure the shared memory parameter 'Caches' in the Configtool and restart the server. Startup fails with errors in dev_jstart log:

SfCInstanceManager::createDynShm: elem/numCaches value is missing.

SfEInternalError: SfCInstanceManager::createDynShm: Missing parameter: elem/numCaches

LOG => Instance state is "Not started" (STARTING @ 0, INACTIVE)

ERROR => FcaInit: already initialized

ERROR => EvtRmMgt: Evt Mgt Table not init'd

ERROR => ShmDelete: Invalid shared memory Key=62

ERROR => ShmCleanup: ShmDelete failed for Key:62

ERROR => ShmCleanup(62) failed 1

ERROR => Bad configuration for the dynamic shared memory segment
