Symptom

When importing Succession Data Model XML - the following message is returned "Operation failred due to missing configuration for document storage vendor"
Cannot add fields to portlets in BCUI
Getting an error pop-up with fingerprint=a1d84cffafb01fc1e38e3647a0f1d24c74831980
When trying to save a change to any element in the Manage Business Configuration tool:
