2394437 - Problems when reversing posting documents

Symptom

When attempting to do the reversal of a payroll posting run, you may encounter one of the following issues:

  1. 3G453 "Reversal is not possible: Related run &1 &2 exists".
  2. 3G451 "Posting run & cannot be reversed: Incorrect status".
  3. You can perform the reversal, but the posting run entry receives Status 66: "Reversal Documents are incorrect." Viewing incorrect documents in PCP0 reveals error message F5A009: "Reversal not possible, accounting document for the reference does not exist."
