2394666 - SAP FS-TRBK: Not Possible to disable the operation InformOfContractsChange for recipient LOCHG

1. When you use the recipient ID 'LOCHG' as a receiver for change pointer, both operations 'InformOfContractsChange' and 'InformOfContractsCreation_V1' are triggered during the Master Data distribution report. While the operation for contract creation is exploited for mapping of the loan data to CMS or FICA systems, the operation 'InformOfContractsChange' does not have corresponding inbound services as it is used primarily for Bank Analyzer system, and it is not possible to disable only the operation 'InformOfContractsChange', since both operations use the same recipient ID
2. Sending out of the contract change data with the operation 'InformOfContractsChange' ends up in Postprocessing Orders and corresponding errors either in source system with business process MIF_LC_006 or in target system with business process CONT_CREAT
3. You want to disable the 'Update' function of the export object type in the Change Notification Service (CNS), but it is not possible to selectively disable only this function
