2394700 - 3PL error when Outbound Delivery Execution Confirmation is processing

You receive the following 3PL errors when Outbound Delivery Execution Confirmation is processing:

Numbering formats must be maintained for warehouse provider
Number range configuration not determined

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Third Party Logistics Work Center.
2. Go to Business Communication Monitoring View.
3. Select the filter Message with Errors.
4. Select the one which has Status Content Error.
5. Navigate to sub tab Message Details.

See the following errors

Numbering formats must be maintained for warehouse provider.
Number range configuration not determined.

In the Activity Document Numbering Formats for Outbound Delivery,  no Document type was maintained or the wrong one is maintained, Hence this caused the error.

You can check the same by following the steps below:

1. Go to Business Configuration Work Center.
2. Select Implementation Project..
3. Open Activity List.
4. Go to Fine Tuning Step.
5. Find for Document Numbering Formats for Outbound Delivery.
6. Select Go.
7. Select Open.

1. Go to Business Configuration Work Center.
2. Select Implementation Project View.
3. Open Activity List.
4. Go to Fine Tuning Step.
5. Find for Document Numbering Formats for Outbound Delivery.
6. Select Go.
7. Select Open.
8. Select Add row.

Maintain all mandatory fields like Company ID, Document type, Prefix Value, etc and relevant fields.

Document type should be maintained as Standard.
