2394740 - Default Language in RCM External Career Site

When we go to the RCM External Career Site of the instance, it does not load in the default language/locale as configured in Manage Recruiting Sites.

Check the default language chosen in Manage Recruiting Sites for the external career site.

Now open the career site in any browser, using the Site URL provided.

We can see that the site does not load in the default language as configured above.

This is as per the currently designed behavior of the system.

The career site has a set of rules it uses to determine the appropriate default language.

If you manually select a language it will use that, otherwise it will try the default language of the browser used.

If it can't find an enabled language pack that matches the browser language, it will fall back on the manually configured default language as in Manage Recruiting Sites. The manually configured default language is a last resort option.
