2394941 - Import Manual Overall Score is failing - Performance Form

After import the overall score based on the KBA 2076116, system notification indicated the import job failed, or find that the overscore is not updated accordantly after the import.

1. Go to Admin Center > Search Box > Import Overall Scores:
   
   
   
   

3. Update the Template based on information from KBA 2076116 - Import Manual Overall Scores Configuration Guide - Performance Management 
4. Import the csv file:
   
   
   
   
5. Get the notification indicating that the import failed.

This is a system-generated mail regarding the status of the import of overall scores.

DOCUMENT_ID: 10001

Successful imports:

The import template may not contain all the necessary data.

This template is for uploading all the information, so it is necessary to fill the columns: DOCUMENT_ID, PERFORMANCE, POTENTIAL, COMPETENCY, OBJECTIVE, USER_ID.

If only partial data must be imported, it is necessary to exclude the columns that do not have values populated.

For example, to import only Performance Rating, the file must be filled as below:
